Wrong model or a fault — 7 days
If the case or protector doesn't fit the phone you ordered it for, or it has a manufacturing fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it.
Damaged on arrival
Open the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If something is broken or missing, message us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
Change of mind
We exchange items for a wrong model or a fault only. We can't take items back because you've changed your mind, so please check your model before you order.
What is not covered
Tempered glass that has already been applied, and damage from drops or misuse after delivery.
How to start an exchange
Email abuhurraira503@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Keep the item and its packaging until we reply.
